Most excellent

I have to admit that this is one lonely piece. The beginning really does make me feel cold, not in the sense you probably mean though, because I don't get cold. The noise at 1:20 made me nearly shat myself though, as it was quite unexpected, like the sudden realization that you are truly alone.

PS. Beware the shadows...

PearlDrummer516 responds:

Yeah, this is the most experimental, ambient song I've done thus far. My favorite part is at 2:56. There's so little going on, but it does so much for that feeling of isolation. I'm glad you almost shit yourself haha. That means I'm doing my job! Thanks for listening mate!

PS - Man, FUCK shadows! They don't scare me!

Doesn't sound like any King Dedede I know

So if you told me what Kirby game this is from, it would help immensely.

It's alright, a bit softcore for king Dedede though, and slow. But this is ok, and it loops... 4/5 8/10 for the effort.

DJPureSuffer responds:

its a very loose remix. I took parts of the original dedede music, changed them, and put them in different spots. im not surprised that you dont recognize it that well. but if you listen to each part carefully, you might be able to pick the original stuff that I branched off of.

Know what I really hate?

Well, not this song, but something completely different. You know, lol, like saying lol fifty times, lol, before the sentance even ends, lol, you know, lol?

Nice song. I've never really played any FF games (Cept that one time I watch my friend... and all the demos... an stuff). It's so peaceful, kind of like the silent before the storm... You should compose an original piece BASED on this, only instead of ending with a calm... untro? anyways, have it transit into a really wild Storm scene and such. Now, just for the sake of confusing the f**k out of you... Here is what one of my friends would have said without their medication:

Great, is so peaceful and I don't really care about the game but I will not speak correctly so as to confuse you because this is a great song and tamales are a fruit kind of like this song which reminds me of a fruit because LoL is an acronym for Lots oh Lard and this song reminds me of that... *Brief pause for breath*... And I are going to vote five because it is awesome.

Cosmos8942 responds:

Hmm, I hadn't thought of doing that. Scaling down the song and then bringing it back up. I may have to give that a try sometime..........anyhow.

I won't say anymore here since you have everything packed up nice and tight and anything I may say might ruin the wierdness.

But heck, the score (9/10) speaks for itself doesn't it? ^^

D... A, B, no i mean A, DRAT!! I lost.

Sorry, I was just imagining what would have happened if they put Peach all dressed in Stereo-Typical Nurses garb into the game. Imagine all the nerdy little viruses, i mean, nerds, who would go and have naughty thoughts. Think of the mass hysteria... Think of all the chances you would get to use you're "Anti-Nerd Flamethrower" to beat back all the idiots asking for... well, I'm not gonna say it, because it shouldn't even belong in our vocabulary.

Overall, way to stick to the original song. Enjoyable, in fact, I'm listening to this while I play a Dr. Mario rip-off game on a Mac based Emulator (Not really)

Nine slash Ten
Four slash Five
(Ell oh ell space exclamation point one one shift plus one exclamation point)

Cosmos8942 responds:

You know, I can't even begin to decipher this, so I will simply say DILLYWAGGLE SMRUG TONA MO CLOGE, ERUCANTAN A HOOGEBOOG HARGRASH.

Anyhow, they shouldn't do that at all, that would just be wrong. Of course knowing Newgrounds they already have the uhem and the uhem not the mention the unmentionable at the ahem, but that is just speculation. As for the Mac I do not believe it is possible to create a passable Mac emulator...so damn them and damn that one other random guy standing outside my window! DAMN THEM BOTH!

Interesting for sure.

I don't know if you could classify this as a Hip Hop modern song, though it has the elements. Very... calm, and overall (In my opinion) downbeat. It's a bit slow to be reminiscent of the Star Power theme... Then again I don't even like hip hop, so how would I know?

Speed it up, and um... thats it? Yah, das es eet.

Other than the slowness and... well yeah. Great job, 8/10 4/5.

kurotoko responds:

lolz! Thanx 4 the review! im glad you liked the song! i keep getting surprized by the reviews. i thought evry1 was gonna hate dis one son. lolz

Sitting here watching, listening... waiting.

Great song, definately something I would like to hear during a abstract and stormy chase scene. The bass really kicks too, not to mention the variation. Nice work. It could use just a little speed up, it kind of goes to slow. Other than that, 9/10 5/5

This is a pretty great song for the situation I'm in too. I'm sitting here on my desk in an almost completely glass room, windows on two of three walls near me, and there is a fast paced storm outside. It's fun to watch, especially since it is near pitch dark out, the lightning increases the epicness of this song, and everyonce in a while thunder goes along with the beat. Sounds fun? You betcha

St0rmChaser responds:

Thanks for the review man :D.
Hell yeah that realy sounds fun :D.
I was always attracted to storms and tornadoes,
and that is why i chose the name St0rmChaser.

I realy would like a big cool storm in our own land . (the netherlands)
-- ! with all respect to people who have suffered due to a storm ! --
Seeing a storm with the song True Eternity would realy work me on my nerves :P, since the song has some tension :P.

Again, Thanks for the good review.

Good luck there, and happy viewing :D.

Turning up the epic dial.

Very nice, albeit the first minute seemed like one long intro... other 'n that, I loved it.

Very nice use of Bass by the way.

A-New-Decade responds:

Appreciate the review! It's a long intro because it's progressive trance.

Nice, for sure.

Although, in my opinion, Brambles was one of the easiest stages in the game, not to mention the funnest for me (T'was the only one I didn't die fifty times on, sides the pirate ship stages, but that dang pirate buzzard thing and his giant eggs, argh)

As for this, it's very peaceful, and a most pleasant remix of one of my favorite stages in the game. i r givs joo a gud parfoct scoar, lolz. 10/10 5/5

CrimzonWolf777 responds:

thx for reviewing! ^_^v

Its great, but...

The "Rapid Fire" drums, as I like to call it, at 0:46 sounded low quality, but at 0:57 they sounded better, 1:21, back to sounding low quality, 1:44 the same... Maybe replace those toms with something else? Heh, keep that in mind next time :P

Over all, it's wonderful and creepy, just how I like my castles full of my favorite Mario character (Boo), and it's upbeat, not some fast paced metal crap or real slow dark foreboding garbage, this has the perfect mix between Creep and Upbeat styles. Nice work!

9/10 4/5

SockpuppetRemix responds:

Thanks! =D
I'm not sure why the drums do that... I think it has something to do with the reverb on whichever instruments are playing at the time. I'll see if I can fix it.
And Boo is awesome! So is Dry Bones! =D

Very good.

Of course even if its a few years old it could have been better ;)
The riff was a bit... how do you say... messy?

Oh yeah, here is something that piqued my interest:

It is old and really sloppy.

Not sure what you're saying about the votes and stuff.

Thanks!
